1. Grain transportation on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out by rail, road, sea and inland waterway transport, forming a system of direct and mixed communications.

2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2015 No. 435-V (effective from 01.01.2016).

3. A grain consignment to be transported by any type of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods by this type of transport is accompanied by documents confirming its compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and standardization documents.

4. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2015 No. 435-V (effective from 01.01.2016).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2001 No. 143.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of grain production, storage and sale in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
