Article 93-2. Nomination of candidates for deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament to replace those who retired after the deadline for registration of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In case of withdrawal of all candidates after the end of the registration period for the relevant electoral district, the Central Election Commission, upon the recommendation of the district Election Commission, by its resolution extends the election period, but not more than two months.

     2. In this case, the nomination of candidates for deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament is carried out in accordance with this Constitutional Law.
