Article 94. Counting of votes in the elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Based on the results of the voting, the precinct election commission draws up a voting protocol, which is immediately forwarded to the relevant territorial or district election commission.
2. Based on the protocols of precinct election commissions, the relevant territorial or district election commissions draw up a protocol on the results of voting, which is signed by the chairman and members of the commission and sent to the Central Election Commission no more than two days after the voting day.
3. The election results are determined at a meeting of the Central Election Commission on the basis of the protocols of the relevant territorial and district election commissions.
4. Other issues related to determining the result of the vote count and the election result are resolved in accordance with the rules established by the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
