1. The authorized body has no right to interfere in the activities of a professional organization, except in cases stipulated by this Law and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the securities market.

2. A professional organization is obliged to bring to the attention of the authorized body information about violations by its member of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, internal documents of the professional organization, as well as measures of influence applied against members of the professional organization.

The requirements of the first part of this paragraph apply to professional organizations whose internal documents and articles of association provide for the performance of the functions specified in the sub-paragraphs 3), 5), 6), 7), 8) and 9) paragraph 1 of Article 93 of this Law.

3. When developing a regulatory legal act affecting the interests of members of professional organizations and their clients, the authorized body engages specialists of a professional organization or requests its expert opinion.

 This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of issuing, placing, circulating and redeeming equity securities and other financial instruments, the specifics of the creation and operation of securities market entities, defines the procedure for regulating, controlling and supervising the securities market in order to ensure the safe, open and effective functioning of the securities market, and the protection of investors' rights. and holders of securities, fair competition of securities market participants.
