Article 99. Holding early elections of deputies of the Mazhilis and elections of deputies instead of the retired Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Early elections of deputies of the Mazhilis and elections of deputies to replace those who have retired are held in accordance with the rules established by this Constitutional Law for regular elections of deputies of the Mazhilis. At the same time, the dates of electoral events are determined by the Central Election Commission.

     2. One year before the expiration of the constitutional term of office of the deputies of the Mazhilis, the election of a deputy in place of the retired one shall not be held.
