Pursuant to subparagraphs 2), 3), and 6) of paragraph 3 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Advocacy and Legal Assistance,” for the purpose of providing qualified legal assistance to IE Fa O.V., I hereby request that you provide the following information (details):

– Is the claimant entitled to bring an action before a court of general jurisdiction if the agreement stipulates that the dispute shall be considered by an Arbitration Court at the defendant’s place of location, while there is no Arbitration Court at the defendant’s place of location (Turkestan Region)?
