Pursuant to subparagraphs 2), 3), and 6) of paragraph 3 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Advocacy and Legal Assistance”, for the purpose of providing qualified legal assistance to M.A. Bu and T.A.B. in a civil case pending before the Taldykorgan City Court, I hereby request that you provide the following information (data):
- the number of criminal cases in which the pre-trial investigation was terminated by the Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan pursuant to subparagraph 2) of part 1 of Article 35 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan during 2025;
- information on the number of submissions made pursuant to Article 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in criminal cases in which the pre-trial investigation was terminated by the Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan pursuant to subparagraph 2) of part 1 of Article 35 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan during 2025.
