Pursuant to subparagraphs 2), 3), and 6) of paragraph 3 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Advocacy and Legal Assistance,” for the purpose of providing qualified legal assistance to Individual Entrepreneur F. O.V., I hereby request that the following information (details) be provided:

– Is the claimant entitled to bring an action before a court of general jurisdiction if the agreement provides that the dispute shall be considered by an Arbitration Court at the defendant’s place of location, while there is no Arbitration Court at the defendant’s place of location (Turkistan Region)?
