Article 24. Publication of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan that have entered into force, as well as temporarily applied ones, are published on the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Bulletin of International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan that have entered into force and have been ratified by the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to publication in the official publications of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Russian Russian and Kazakh languages In the event that the international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan do not have authentic texts in Kazakh and Russian, one of their authentic texts in the language of signature, as well as a translation of the international treaty into Kazakh and Russian languages, will be published.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 No. 54.
This Law defines the procedure for concluding, executing, amending and terminating international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
International treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are concluded, executed, amended and terminated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, generally recognized principles and norms of international law, the provisions of the international treaty itself, the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, this Law and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
