The footnote. In Chapter 4, the words "Commissioner for Human Rights", "Commissioner for Human Rights", "Commissioner for Human Rights", "Commissioner for Human Rights", "Commissioner for Human Rights" are replaced, respectively, by the words "Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.11.2022 No. 157-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 591.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of the activities of State bodies for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness.
