1. general provisions

1.1. «………….."the limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the "partnership") operates on the basis of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27.12.1994, the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 22.04.1998 "on limited liability and additional liability partnerships", the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 31.01.2006 "on private entrepreneurship" and its constituent documents.  According to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the partnership is a subject of medium-sized businesses, the annual asset price does not exceed 325,000 times the monthly calculation Index or-the number of employees over 50, not more than 250 times the monthly calculation index is calculated in accordance with the Republican budget of this financial year.
