The witnesses who appear are removed from the courtroom before the start of their interrogation. The presiding judge shall take measures to ensure that witnesses who have not been questioned by the court do not communicate with the questioned witnesses, as well as with other persons present in the courtroom.

Witnesses cannot be in the courtroom until they are questioned, so they are removed from the courtroom, which the presiding judge announces in the courtroom.

The bailiff leads the witnesses out of the courtroom before summoning them for questioning. Interrogated witnesses should not communicate with un-interrogated witnesses, which is caused by the need to ensure the objective nature of the testimony of witnesses, taking measures to exclude the influence of evidence examined at the court session on the reliability of their testimony or the impact on witnesses of a certain side of the process. After the interrogation, the witness may remain in the courtroom. This measure helps to separate unsolicited witnesses from interrogated ones.
