Comments on article 394. Securing a claim of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

If necessary, along with other measures to secure a claim in accordance with Chapter 15 of this Code, The judge may prohibit the defendant from changing the child's place of residence and temporarily restrict his departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan before the court's decision on the return of the child or on the exercise of access rights comes into force.In this article, the legislator, along with other measures to secure the claim, provided for the possibility of prohibiting the defendant from changing the child's place of residence and temporarily restricting his departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan before the court's decision on the return of the child or on the exercise of access rights (see commentary to Chapter 15 of the CPC).
