Complaint about the decision to interrupt the terms of the pre-trial investigation
Contrary to Part 8 of Article 45 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I was not notified in writing about the interruption of the pre-trial investigation. Based on the above, in accordance with Articles 71, 104, 105, 193 and 292 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I request:
