Complaint about the inaction of the criminal prosecution body in a separate criminal case

Claim.

 

The Police Department of the Auezovsky District Police Department of the Almaty City Police Department investigated criminal case No. 247540031001422 against the District of D.K. on suspicion of committing a crime under paragraphs 1), 4) of Part 3 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Subsequently, the criminal case was referred to the court by the prosecutor of the Auezovsky district of Almaty.

 As part of the investigation of the above-mentioned criminal case, a new criminal case was identified, registered in the ERDR for No. 247540031001166.

I had previously filed a complaint about the inaction of the pre-trial investigation body in a separate criminal case, to which I received a response dated 07/03/2025 for ex.  No. 2-17-25-03704 signed by the district prosecutor.

In particular, the response stated that the decision to interrupt the procedural deadlines had been reversed, and instructions were given to conduct investigative actions. However, to date, no investigative actions have been carried out in relation to the District of D.K.

Based on the above, I ask:

- to recognize as illegal the inaction of the investigator in the criminal case registered in the ERDR for No. 247540031001166.
