Statement
Earlier, we sent Applications through the e-Government web portal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where we asked for assistance in the execution of the Court's decision in civil case No. 5211-19-00-2/1407, according to the MBE's Statement of Claim against the defendant, the State Institution "Shymkent City Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan." Earlier, you provided an answer that the Shymkent City Police Department was instructed to immediately execute the Court's decision, but as of today, your instruction is still being given by the city Police Department. Shymkent has been ignored, and accordingly the Court's decision in civil case No. 5211-19-00-2/1407 has not been executed.

Based on the above,
I ask you to:
To bring to justice the Shymkent DP for ignoring the execution of the Court decision in the civil case No. 5211-19-00-2/1407;
To respond to our Application within the prescribed time limits
