Since January 1, 2018, the "Electronic Appeal" functionality has been launched on the web portal of public procurement. Now, complaints about tenders and auctions can be filed through the web portal of public procurement using an electronic digital signature. At the same time, a Register of Complaints is launched on the web portal, containing a single database of complaints received through the web portal, including information ranging from the receipt of the complaint, ending with decisions taken based on the results of their consideration and issued orders and notices on the elimination of violations.
