The video message of the President, which he delivered immediately after signing the Decree on holding a referendum on the draft constitutional amendments on June 5, caused a wide response in the hearts of Kazakhstanis. "The peculiarity of the current reform is not to strengthen the powers of the President, but to improve, modernize and strengthen the state," the Head of State said. Kazakh society is reaching the finish line on the issue of constitutional reforms initiated by Tokayev. Their fate is now in the hands of the people.
