The Law and Law Law Firm, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", represented by the head of Sarzhanov Galymzhan, acting on the basis of the charter on the one hand, and Aidar Arun Shalkarbekkyzy, hereinafter referred to as the "Intern", on the other hand, have concluded this Internship Agreement:
Subject of the agreement
1.1. This internship agreement is concluded in order to obtain the Legal skills necessary for studying at the University.
1.2. Due to the need for a specialist in the field of jurisprudence, the Employer trains an Intern with the help of experienced lawyers from the office. In turn, the Intern undertakes to master the information provided and successfully complete the internship.
1.3. Currently, the Trainee is not qualified to work in the field of law as an intern.
1.4. The duration of the training is 3 months from June to September 2023.
1.5. The Trainee's training takes place at the Employer's location. At the same time, the Intern performs the work on a part-time basis and free of charge.
1.6. Upon completion of the training, the Intern receives additional knowledge in the field of jurisprudence, as well as acquires skills and experience in this field.
Rights and obligations of the Parties
2.1. The employer is obliged to:
- provide the Trainee with the opportunity to study in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
- create an Intern's work schedule in such a way that the Intern is relieved of his main work during class hours;
2.2. The intern is obliged to:
- follow the instructions of the internship mentor, observe discipline;
Terms of termination of the Internship Agreement
3.1. This Agreement is terminated:
3.1.1. At the end of the internship period.
3.1.2. In case of non-fulfillment by the Trainee of duties related to training.
Final provisions
4.1. This agreement is drawn up in two copies, one for each Party. Both copies have the same legal force.
4.2. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing and is valid until the end of the training, the duration of which is stipulated in clause 1.4 of this Agreement.
