Chief Mechanic This instruction is based on the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-p "On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees" and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/15/2007 No. 251-III and is applied as an appendix to the Labor Code the agreement. LLP "................." 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. An employee in the position of chief mechanic belongs to the category of specialists. 1.2. The appointment and dismissal of an employee to the position of chief mechanic is carried out by order of the General Director and reports directly to the plant director. 1.3. According to his position, the chief mechanic must know: the procedure and rules for organizing repair services in organizations; the procedure, rules and methods for planning machine tools, equipment and repair work; the scheduled preventive maintenance system, the timing and procedure for its implementation; the rules, norms and procedure for the rational operation of technological equipment and complexes; technical characteristics, features, purpose, access control, and operating modes of the company's equipment, rules for its operation and maintenance;

methods and procedures for dismantling, installation, repair and maintenance of equipment, technologies for organizing repair work; rules for verification, testing, acceptance and delivery of equipment after repair work; fundamentals of production organization, economics, labor and management; fundamentals of environmental and labor legislation; rules of internal labor regulations, labor protection standards, safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety at the enterprise. 2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In his work, the chief mechanic has the following job responsibilities:2.1. Ensures technically correct, trouble-free and trouble-free operation, as well as proper operation of the entrusted equipment and systems.2.2. Organizes and adheres to the schedule of inspections, inspections, tests and preventive maintenance and repairs. Monitors the implementation of established and approved schedules, prepares production for upcoming work.2.3. Coordinates the schedules of repair work with the contractors and/or employees of the service centers involved. Monitors the progress of the work, organizes access to the necessary documentation necessary for the performance of their work.2.4. Maintains control and accounting of equipment and systems, as well as controls the proper storage of all technical and accounting documentation.2.5. Organizes and participates in the re-accounting and inventory of fixed assets, determines equipment, materials and facilities subject to routine and/or major repairs. 2.6. Participates in the commissioning, commissioning and other work related to the introduction and development of new equipment, machinery, buildings and structures.2.7. Develops and participates in measures to prevent unscheduled equipment shutdowns, improve operating conditions, reliability and safety of equipment.2.8. If necessary, the company organizes the manufacture of spare parts and components for replacement on the company's equipment.2.9. Participates in the study and elimination of the causes of increased wear of parts, assemblies and equipment in general, reduces its downtime, conducts accident investigations, develops and implements measures to eliminate and prevent them.2.10. Participates in the development of measures to replace inefficient and outdated equipment, reduce downtime, repairs and costs for inefficient equipment.2.11. Monitors the quality of installation, commissioning, correctness and storage conditions of equipment, spare parts and consumables.2.12. Monitors and ensures compliance with the rules of occupational safety, general safety and fire safety during repair and installation work.2.13. Keeps records of the availability, operability and all possible movement of the entrusted equipment on the territory of the enterprise, as well as draws up relevant technical documentation and keeps a logbook.2.14. Participates in the preparation of applications for the order and purchase of new equipment, consumables and spare parts and assemblies.2.15. Manages employees of the company's assigned departments and divisions, organizes their training and conducts work aimed at improving their skills.

3. RIGHTS In his work, the chief mechanic of the enterprise has the right: 3.1. Represent the interests of the company and act on behalf of the department in relations with other structural divisions of the organization and third-party enterprises on issues related to the operation and maintenance of the company's equipment.3.2. Personally request and receive necessary information and documents from the heads of any structural divisions of the organization and specialists.3.3. Participate in the preparation and keep abreast of the drafts of orders, instructions, instructions, as well as contracts, agreements, estimates and other documents related to the department's activities.3.4. Interact with the heads of all structural divisions on the issues of scheduled and unscheduled repairs.3.5. Provide the heads of the company's structural divisions with instructions, advice and instructions on the operation, repair and maintenance of equipment.

3.6. To stop, prohibit further work and suspend work on the equipment in case of gross violation of the rules of technical operation, threat of accident, unsatisfactory or worn condition of the equipment and/or its individual components.3.7. Within the limits of its competence, approve and sign documents, as well as issue signed orders for the company regarding maintenance, repair, operation and maintenance of the company's equipment.3.8. On issues within his competence, correspond with the structural divisions of the organization, as well as other enterprises.3.9. To submit proposals to the authorities on bringing employees to financial and/or disciplinary responsibility (based on the results of inspections and/or attestation). 4. RESPONSIBILITY The Chief Mechanic is responsible for: 4.1. Improper performance, negligence and/or non-fulfillment of official duties regulated by this job description, but within the limits defined by the current labor legislation of Russia.4.2. For offenses committed in the course of their employment, within the limits defined by the current administrative, criminal and civil laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.4.3. For causing material damage to the organization's property, but within the framework regulated by the current labor and civil laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
