1. General provisions A design engineer belongs to the category of specialists. A person with a higher professional (technical) education and at least 5 years of professional experience is appointed to the position of a Design Engineer. A design engineer is appointed and dismissed by the director of the Company. A design engineer should know: regulatory, methodological and other guidance materials related to the design and organization of work; organization of installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of boiler equipment; the main technical characteristics, features of kinematic schemes and designs of nodes and elements of systems and devices being adjusted and tested; methods of measuring parameters, characteristics and operating modes of boiler and auxiliary equipment; rules for the use of measuring instruments and tools, devices; the procedure for inspecting equipment, methods for detecting its defects; rules and procedures for drawing up acts of commissioning, statements defects, passports, albums of drawings, equipment operating instructions and other technical documentation; fundamentals of economics, scientific organization of labor and organization of production; fundamentals of labor legislation; rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection; rules of internal labor regulations The design engineer reports directly to the Chief Engineer. During the absence of the Design Engineer, his duties are performed by a person appointed in accordance with the established procedure. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.
2. Job responsibilities A design engineer performs design work on the installation of heating and engineering equipment; coordinates projects being developed with other divisions of the company, representatives of customers and supervisory authorities; studies, analyzes and implements advanced engineering technologies in the field of heating equipment;
3. Rights A design engineer has the right to: receive from the specialists of the structural divisions of the enterprise the information necessary for carrying out their activities; submit proposals for the consideration of their direct supervisor on the issues of carrying out design work on the installation of heating and engineering equipment; require management to assist in the performance of their official duties.
4. Responsibility The design engineer is responsible for: failure to fulfill the duties provided for in this job description, the rules of the internal labor regulations and the employment contract, is subject to disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; for offenses committed during the period of his activity - in accordance with the current civil, administrative and criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; for causing material damage is carried out in accordance with the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
