Job description No. _____ of the Director of the base This instruction is based on the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-p "On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees" and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/15/2007 No. 251-III and is applied as an annex to the employment contract. The main provisions
1.1. The Director of the base is appointed and dismissed in accordance with the procedure established by the current labor legislation by order of the Director General.
1.2. The Director of the database reports directly to the General Director.
1.3. The director of the database should know: - legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodological and other materials on product quality management; - technological processes and production modes; - the main technological and design data of the products; - technical and economic requirements for raw materials, materials, components and finished products; - standards in force in the industry and at the enterprise, technical specifications, standards of quality indicators, technological instructions; - systems, tools and methods of technical control of production; - rules for acceptance and storage of finished products, raw materials, semi-finished products, components, sampling methods, labeling and packaging of products; - regulations on trademarks and codes; - procedure for product quality certification; - types of manufacturing defects, methods of its prevention and elimination; - rules for testing and acceptance of products; - the procedure for issuing technical documentation certifying the quality of products (works, services); - fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management; - rules of internal labor regulations; - fundamentals of labor legislation; - labor protection rules and regulations;
1.4. During the absence of the Director of the base, his official duties are performed in accordance with the established procedure by the Director General, who is fully responsible for their high-quality, effective and timely performance.
2. Functional responsibilities of the Head of Production:
2.1. Organizes the technical preparation of production or other types of the main activity of the enterprise.
2.2. Manages the current and long-term planning of the technical development of the enterprise and its production base.

2.3. Manages the preparation of technical specifications for the design of newly built production facilities, facilities, technical facilities, expansion, development and reconstruction of existing ones, for the introduction of automation and mechanization.
2.4. Reviews and approves design documentation for equipment modernization and workplace rationalization.
2.5. Participates in the development of measures to improve performance and more efficient use of production facilities. 2.7. 2.9. Keeps records of completed production works and prepares the necessary data for reporting on the implementation of production plans.
2.10. Participates in the review and approval of changes in production solutions that occur during production, promptly resolves issues related to the replacement of materials and products, if necessary.
2.11. Examines the causes of deadlines and deterioration in the quality of the product, takes measures to prevent and eliminate them.
2.12. Monitors the quality of troubleshooting and defects in a timely manner.
3. Rights The head of production has the right:
3.1. To give instructions and assignments to his subordinates and services on a range of issues within his functional responsibilities. 3.2. To monitor the fulfillment of planned tasks and works, the timely fulfillment of individual orders and tasks by subordinate units.
3.3. Request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the activities of the Director of the base and his subordinate units.
3.4. Enter into relationships with departments of third-party institutions and organizations to resolve operational issues of production activities within its competence.
3.5. Represent the interests of the company in third-party organizations on issues related to the production activities of the company, on issues within the competence of the Director of the base. 4. Responsibility
