This instruction is based on the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-p "On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees" and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/15/2007 No. 251-III and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract. 1 General provisions 1.1. The plant director belongs to the category of managers. 1.2. A person with a higher professional (technical) education and work experience of at least 1 year or secondary professional (technical) education and work experience of at least 3 years is appointed to the position of plant director. 1.3. The plant Director is appointed and dismissed by the General Director and reports directly to the General Director. 1.4. The plant director should know: - legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodological and other materials on product quality management; - technological processes and production modes; - basic technological and design data of manufactured products; - technical and economic requirements for raw materials, materials, components and finished products; - standards in force in the industry and at the enterprise, technical specifications, standards of quality indicators, technological instructions; - systems, tools and methods of technical control of production; - rules for acceptance and storage of finished products, raw materials, semi-finished products, components, sampling methods, labeling and packaging of products; - regulations on trademarks and codes; Job description of the plant director - the procedure for product quality certification; types of manufacturing defects, methods of its prevention and elimination; - rules for testing and acceptance of products; - the procedure for issuing technical documentation certifying the quality of products (works, services); - fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management; - internal labor regulations; - fundamentals of labor legislation;  1.5. During the absence of the plant director (business trip, vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are combined by the Deputy Director of the plant.

2. Official duties of the plant Director: 2.1. Organizes work at the plant to control and improve the quality of products and services, the completeness of manufactured products and the accounting of defects. 2.2. Monitors the correctness of product grade determination, its compliance with approved samples, standards, specifications and other regulatory and technical documentation, compliance with technological modes at all stages of the production process, instructions and techniques for technical control at workplaces, the quality of containers and packaging, the technical condition of equipment and means of transport, storage of raw materials, components, finished products. products. 2.3. Supervises the preparation of technical documentation certifying the quality and completeness of manufactured or supplied products (passports, certificates), product certification by quality categories. 2.4. Monitors compliance with schedules for checking the accuracy of production equipment and tooling, the condition of control and measuring instruments, their availability at workplaces, and timely submission for state verification. 2.5. Takes measures to prevent the production of products that do not meet the established requirements, identify the causes and perpetrators of defects, receive complaints about finished products, as well as develop and implement measures aimed at improving the quality and competitiveness of products and services. Participates in the development and implementation of the most advanced product quality management systems, control methods (including input control of incoming components, materials and semi-finished products), new and revised existing standards, specifications and other regulations and instructions. 2.7. Monitors subordinates' compliance with labor protection rules, safety regulations, industrial and labor discipline, and internal labor regulations. 2.8. Participates in the delivery of finished products, completed works (services) to customers. 2.9. Makes proposals on encouraging employees or applying material pressure measures, as well as bringing to disciplinary responsibility violators of labor and industrial discipline. 2.10. Promotes advanced training and professional skills of workers, their training and assignment of grades, the introduction of best practices, conducts educational work in the team.

3. Rights The plant director has the right: 3.1. Submit proposals for improvement of the company's activities for management consideration. 3.2. To sign and approve documents within the scope of their competence. 3.3. Require the management of the company to assist in the performance of their official duties. 3.4. To receive information from managers and specialists of the company's structural divisions related to their activities. 3.5. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management concerning its activities.

4. Responsibility The Plant Director is responsible for: 4.1. Improper performance or non-performance of his official duties provided for in this job description, within the limits defined by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4.2. For offenses committed in the course of their activities, within the limits defined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
