Job description
Project Manager
This instruction is based on the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 No. 553. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31, 2020 No. 22003. On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V SAM., and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract.
Job responsibilities:
develops a project management plan, the formation of project documentation;
organizes the implementation of the project with the participation of all stakeholders;
coordinates the execution and monitoring of the progress of the project;
forms project teams;
manages the project team;
coordinates the development of technical specifications and contracts with project participants and suppliers;
manages the quality, risks, cost, deadlines, content, and communications of the project;
monitors project management performance indicators and makes necessary changes.;
generates reports on the progress of the project in accordance with the project documents;
controls the targeted use of financial resources, in accordance with the project budget;
ensures interaction with government agencies, companies and other stakeholders of the project.;
distributes information about the activities and results of the project to the project partners;
generates a report and documents the project results.
Must know:
legislative, regulatory and other acts, norms and standards on project management;
the main provisions on management and the organization as a whole, standards and the procedure for creating new products;
theoretical and practical principles of information processing;
methods and standards of the project approach and the basics of time management;
project management tools and methods;
methods of drafting project documents;
the procedure for conducting negotiations and coordinating work with customers and suppliers;
documentation of the dependency between jobs;
principles of setting tasks and coordinating the actions of the team and project participants;
methods for monitoring the implementation of project tasks;
the procedure for generating reports on the project;
principles of using project management information systems;
fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management;
labor legislation, internal labor regulations, occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation, fire safety requirements.
Qualification requirements:
higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training, work experience in strategic planning and project management, experience in managing a team project for at least 5 years, preferably a certificate of completion of relevant courses or professional certification.
