Job description
Sales Coordinator (Supervisor)
This instruction is based on the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 No. 553. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31, 2020 No. 22003. On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V SAM., and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract.
Job responsibilities:
organizes supervision and control over the observance of the work schedule, the placement of personnel in accordance with the staffing table, the performance of specific amounts of work established by the standards of work quality.;
verifies the provision of employees with the material, technical, and information resources necessary to fulfill the duties assigned to employees, and takes measures to prevent downtime, accidents, and temporary work stoppages.;
evaluates the quality of each employee's work, the rational use of working hours, and determines the possibility of assigning additional responsibilities to employees.;
determines the priority and order of work tasks.;
determines the possibility and methods of applying the system of rewards and penalties adopted in the organization;
organizes training courses and personal mentoring (patronage) for lagging employees if the latter are unable to independently cope with the tasks assigned to them, and if the training results are unsatisfactory, directs the management of the organization to dismiss employees for non-compliance with their position (work performed).;
determines the criteria for job candidates and participates in the selection of applicants.;
conducts an audit of the work of trade workers;
Develops and adjusts monthly customer visit plans and driving routes based on the category and specific tasks at each outlet;
transmits orders received from merchandisers;
Accepts orders from sales agents;
exchanges operational information with sales agents and merchandisers;
organizes and holds meetings, solves problems encountered on routes;
interacts with the head of the distributor's sales department on filling outlets with goods;
monitors the quality of customer service by sales agents and merchandisers and the regularity of their visits to clients;
organizes "feedback" for sales agents and merchandisers to receive a report on the quality of their work.;
identifies ways to increase sales and implements them;
participates in the development of the distributor's sales strategy, provides the distributor with assistance in selling products;
collects information about all potential clients, determines the methods of their activation, determines their motives for further cooperation, analyzes visits and develops further strategies.;
controls the delivery of goods to the customer;
conducts negotiations with key clients;
analyzes the dynamics of sales and their growth opportunities;
monitors the operation of the warehouse and the stock of products in the warehouse;
plans necessary and reserve stocks of goods;
together with distributors, it forms orders for the period;
monitors the delivery of goods to distributors and the implementation of the plan;
ensures efficient document management, acceptance of defective goods, joint measures with distributors to reduce the return of defective goods;
ensures compliance with standards and procedures for occupational safety and health, and fire safety.
Must know:
legislative and other regulatory legal acts regulating the economic and financial activities of organizations;
HR policy and strategy of the organization;
fundamentals of market economy, entrepreneurship and business conduct;
fundamentals of general and special psychology, sociology and labor psychology;
the organization's structure and staff, profile, specialization, and development prospects;
methods for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of subordinate employees;
the main technological processes of the organization's activities;
standards of quality and time for each type of work;
methods and procedures for developing forecasts, long-term and current plans, prospects for the development of sales markets, civil law;
methods of studying the demand for the organization's products, wholesale and retail prices for products manufactured by the organization, standards of storage and transportation of products;
the procedure for preparing responses to incoming claims, organization of warehouse management, ethics of business communication;
methods of solving organizational, managerial and personnel tasks, methods of information processing using modern technical means of communication and computers;
labor legislation, internal labor regulations, occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation, fire safety requirements.
Qualification requirements:
Sales coordinator (supervisor) Category I: higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training and work experience as a sales coordinator of category II for at least 2 years;
Sales coordinator (supervisor) Category II: higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training and work experience as a sales coordinator without a category of at least 3 years;
Sales coordinator (supervisor): higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training without presenting work experience requirements.
