Job description
Senior Researcher
This instruction is based on the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 No. 553. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31, 2020 No. 22003. On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V SAM., and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract.
Job responsibilities:
carries out scientific management of a group of employees in the research of independent topics, as well as developments that are part (section, stage) of the topic, or conducts scientific research and development as a performer of the most complex and responsible work.;
develops plans and methodological programs for conducting research and development;
organizes the collection and study of scientific and technical information on the topic, analyzes and theoretically summarizes scientific data, experimental results and observations.;
verifies the correctness of the results obtained by employees working under his supervision;
participates in professional development of personnel;
implements the results of research and development.
Must know:
scientific problems related to ongoing research and development;
guidance materials on relevant types of economic activity, domestic and foreign information on these issues;
modern methods and tools for planning and organizing research and development, conducting experiments and observations, including using electronic computing technology;
the economics of the relevant type of economic activity;
labor legislation, internal labor regulations, occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation, fire safety requirements.
Qualification requirements:
higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training and work experience in the relevant specialty for at least 10 years, the presence of scientific papers or copyright certificates for inventions, if there is an academic degree - without presenting work experience requirements.
