Timesheet officer

   This instruction is based on the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 No. 553. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31, 2020 No. 22003. On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V SAM., and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract.

       Job responsibilities:

      keeps time sheets of the actual time spent by employees in the organization, monitors their timely attendance and departure from work, and their presence at workplaces.;

      makes appropriate marks in the report card and compiles daily reports (summaries) on work appearances, delays and absences, indicating their reasons, keeps records of the list of employees.;

      systematically introduces changes related to the registration of employee admissions, transfers, dismissals, vacations, and other changes;

      monitors the timeliness of employees' submission of temporary disability certificates, patient care certificates, and other documents confirming their right to be absent from work.;

      in accordance with the established procedure, submit a report card containing information on the time actually worked, overtime hours, and violations of labor discipline.

Must know:

     regulations, instructions, other guidance materials and regulatory documents on time keeping;

      shift schedules and working hours in the organization and its divisions;

      organization of office work in the organization;

      fundamentals of labor organization;

     labor legislation, internal labor regulations, occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation, fire safety requirements.

Qualification requirements:

     technical and vocational, post-secondary (secondary specialized, secondary vocational) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) without presentation of work experience requirements or general secondary education and special training according to the established program without presentation of work experience requirements.
