In accordance with sub-paragraphs 2), 3), 6) of paragraph 3, Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advocacy and Legal assistance", in order to provide qualified legal assistance to I. D.K., please provide information (information):
Is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who has been sentenced to imprisonment, entitled, with the application of article 63 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to continue serving his sentence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely in the Russian Federation? Leaving the Republic of Kazakhstan is associated with the need to continue their studies at the university, since 3rd and 4th year students must study at the university in St. Petersburg.
Appendix: notification of protection (representation), lawyer's certificate, certificate of state registration of a legal entity.
