We are the subscribed Individual Entrepreneur "Law and Law", represented by the Head of Sarzhanov Galymzhano Turlybekovich, hereinafter referred to as the "Executor" and ____________________________________________________________________________________________ referred to as subsequently, the "Customer", on the one hand and, on the other hand, jointly concluded this Agreement on the following:
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide legal services to the Customer (hereinafter referred to as "services") in accordance with the procedure and conditions of this Agreement. ________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________________________. 1.2. The relations of the Parties for the provision of additional services, in the part not regulated by this Agreement, are governed by additional agreements, which are an integral part of this Agreement. 1.3. The Contractor performs all necessary actions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the interests of the Customer. 1.4. The Customer undertakes to pay for the Contractor's services in the amount and in the manner provided for in this Agreement.
2. THE CALCULATION PROCEDURE. 2.1 The Customer pays for the services under this Agreement in the amount of _____________________ tenge. 2.2 Payment for services to the Contractor is made by the Customer by _____% prepayment in the amount of ______________, (____________________________________) tenge. The Customer undertakes to pay the remaining amount by "___"____________2018 of the year. In the event that the involvement of a third party is required (in agreement with the Customer), the Customer shall bear additional costs. Legal services agreement (one-time) 2.3. The costs of paying state duties and fees, other documented expenses, travel expenses outside Almaty of the Contractor related to the provision of services in accordance with this Agreement, are additionally paid by the Customer upon agreement of the Parties. 2.4. Payment for services is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account specified in art. 6 of this Agreement. 2.5. In case of early termination of the agreement at the initiative of the Customer, the funds received by the Contractor under the Agreement are not refundable.
3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES. 3.1 The Customer undertakes to: 3.1.1 Provide the Contractor with all necessary, reliable information to fulfill this agreement. 3.1.2 Pay for the services on time, in accordance with the terms of this agreement. 3.2. The Contractor undertakes to: 3.2.1 Provide high-quality services in accordance with this agreement. 3.2.2 The Contractor is not responsible if the Customer violates the requirements of clauses 3.1.1 and 3.1.2. 3.3 The Parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement if their fulfillment was hindered by circumstances of force majeure (force majeure), such as war, hostilities, terrorist acts, natural disasters, damage to communication lines, power plant malfunctions and other circumstances beyond their control. the parties, as well as the adoption by authorized bodies of regulatory legal acts that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement.
4. GUARANTEES. 4.1 The Contractor assumes warranty obligations for the quality of the service, based on this Agreement.
5. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS. 5.1 This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing and full payment of the cost of services under this Agreement and is valid until the Parties fully fulfill all obligations under this Agreement. 5.2 All annexes, amendments or additions to this Agreement are an integral part of this Agreement and are valid only if they are perfect in writing and signed by the Parties. 5.3 If the Customer refuses the Contractor's services before the end of the period specified in the contract, the payment made to the contractor will not be refunded, except in cases when the parties mutually came to a different decision as a result of circumstances that arose with the Customer. 5.4 If the Contractor refuses to perform the service not related to the violation by the Customer of clause 3.1.1. of this agreement, he is obliged to reimburse the Customer for the amount paid for the provision of this service in full, except in cases where the parties mutually came to a different decision as a result of circumstances that arose with the Contractor. 5.5 All disputes and disagreements between the Parties arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties. In case of failure to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes are referred to the court for consideration and resolution in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 5.6 All issues not regulated by the provisions of this Agreement are resolved in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
