Statement
postponement of the trial
You are in the process of civil case No. 7540-21-00-2/3779 on the claim of BA C (hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff) against BJ for recognition of credit obligations jointly acquired. Dear Court, a notice was sent to Lawyer G.T. Sarzhanov from the State Department of the Nur-Sultan Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stating that the Lawyer should appear at the UP at 9:00 a.m. on 10/29/2021. Thus, participation in this civil case is not possible, and therefore we ask you to postpone the trial.
Limitations of the statute of limitations in a civil case
Based on the above, as well as in accordance with Articles 46 and 198 of the CPC rk,
I ASK THE COURT:
To postpone the trial in civil case No. 7540-21-00-2/3779 to another business day;
The time of the court session should be set at the discretion of the Court.
