postponement of the trial
You are in the process of civil case No. 7540-21-00-2/1301 dated 03/15/2021 on the claim of JSC "People's Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" to LLP "....", K.K.E., K.K.E., T.S., on foreclosure on collateral. Dear Court, we are currently preparing an alternative assessment report and review, and therefore requests that the trial be postponed.
Motion for adjournment of the trial
Based on the above, as well as in accordance with Articles 46 and 198 of the CPC rk,
I ASK THE COURT:
To postpone the trial in civil case No. 7540-21-00-2/1301 to another business day;
The time of the court session should be set at the discretion of the Court.
