to Attach Additional Evidence to the Materials of the Civil Case
Civil case No. 1952-25-00-2/5853 is currently under consideration in your proceedings, based on the statement of claim filed by the Plaintiff — Akim of Karasai District (hereinafter referred to as the “civil claimant”) against the Defendant — Ba N. Adilzhanovna (hereinafter referred to as the “civil defendant”) for the compulsory alienation (purchase) of a land plot for state needs.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 46 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I respectfully request the Court:
- To attach the following materials to the materials of the civil case as additional evidence:
- Opinion of specialists Alayev and Tsoy in the amount of 75 million;
- Property valuation report for the house from “Assessment” in the amount of 100 million.
