The Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty is investigating civil case No. 7527-24-00-2/848 on the claim of OTR G. LLP against M.B.G. LLP for the recovery of the amount under the contract.      

On 02/14/2024, a ruling was issued on the appointment of a forensic examination of computer technology.

         Since the site developer is the Defendant, M.B.G. LLP, the expert cannot properly check the site without access to the system. This access can only be granted by the Respondent.
