MOTION

A criminal case based on the statement of A.I.S. against Z. B.N. concerning fraud under Article 190 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the CPC) is pending before Investigator A.N. Mukishev of the Investigation Department of the Police Department of the Almaty Region, which has been registered in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations (ERDR) under No. 261900031000268.

Within the framework of this criminal case, the victim A.I.S. previously submitted a written supplement to the initial statement on the commission of a criminal offense, containing additional information and circumstances concerning the case.

The said document is necessary for the victim's side to exercise procedural rights, prepare and submit motions, as well as determine the completeness of the pre-trial investigation into the circumstances reported by the victim himself.

Pursuant to Article 99, Part 4 of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a motion shall be considered and resolved immediately after it is submitted. Where an immediate decision on the motion is impossible, it shall be resolved no later than three days from the date of its submission.

In view of the foregoing and pursuant to Articles 71 and 99 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

I HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO:

· Provide an opportunity to review the written supplement of A.I.S. to the initial statement on the commission of a criminal offense contained in the materials of criminal case No. 261900031000268, and to make a copy thereof using technical means.
