MOTION

to Postpone the Court Hearing

Civil case No. 7514-26-00-2/25699 is currently pending before the Bostandyk District Court of Almaty, based on the claim filed by L.A.S. against Individual Entrepreneur “B. E.” represented by its head Y.V.M., S.E.D. and S.E.D. for recovery of the principal amount and penalty.

The parties are currently continuing negotiations aimed at an amicable settlement of the dispute. Following the negotiations, the parties have agreed to take measures until October 15, 2026 to finally resolve the dispute amicably and agree upon mutually acceptable terms.

Accordingly, the postponement of the court proceedings is not intended to delay the consideration of the case, but is necessitated by a genuine possibility of resolving the dispute without further judicial proceedings, which is consistent with the objectives of civil proceedings and the principle of facilitating reconciliation between the parties.

Taking into account the agreement reached between the parties and the need to provide sufficient time to complete the negotiations, we respectfully request that the parties be given an opportunity to resolve the dispute amicably.

Based on the foregoing, and pursuant to Articles 172 and 198 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

WE HEREBY REQUEST THE COURT TO:

· Postpone the court proceedings in civil case No. 7514-26-00-2/25699 until a date after October 15, 2026.
