MOTION
TO REVIEW THE MATERIALS OF THE CRIMINAL CASE
The proceedings of the Police Department of the Turksib District of the Almaty City Police Department included a criminal case (KUI No. 267519030001493) based on the statement of Aa IS against Z.B.N. concerning fraud under Article 190 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the CPC), which was left without consideration and filed in the nomenclature case due to the absence of the elements of a criminal offense.
Pursuant to Article 71, paragraph 9) of part 6 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the CPC), the victim has the right to review the records of investigative actions conducted with his/her participation, submit comments thereto, and file motions.
In view of the foregoing and pursuant to Article 71 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
