I hereby inform you that due to the reduction of the staff of the LLP "...." the position of driver you hold "...." on December 20... is being reduced. It is currently not possible to offer you any other position corresponding to your qualifications (specialty).
In this regard, the employment contract with you from December 01, 20... is terminated in accordance with subclause 2), clause 1, Article 54 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
