On determining the territories where casinos, slot machine halls, bookmaker offices and sweepstakes (bookmaker offices and/or sweepstakes) are to be located, as well as the list of individual territories for casinos and slot machine halls where only foreign citizens, stateless persons, employees of gambling establishments and other persons are allowed, those who are in a gambling establishment in connection with the performance of work (official) duties
Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 26, 2026 No. 767
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 11 and paragraph 1-1 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Gambling", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Define:
1) territories where casinos, slot machine halls, bookmakers and sweepstakes (betting shops and/or sweepstakes) are to be located, in accordance with Appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) a list of individual territories for the placement of casinos and slot machine halls, which are allowed only to foreign citizens, stateless persons, employees of gambling establishments and other persons who are in the gambling establishment in connection with the performance of work (official) duties, in accordance with appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

1. The coast of the Kapshagai reservoir in the Almaty region.
2. Burabay district of Akmola region.

Appendix 2 to Resolution No. 767 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 26, 2026
The list of separate territories for the placement of casinos and slot machine halls, which are allowed only to foreign citizens, stateless persons, employees of gambling establishments and other persons who are in the gambling establishment in connection with the performance of work (official) duties
1. Talgar and Uygur districts of the Almaty region.
2. The coast of the Caspian Sea in the Mangystau region.
3. The coast of Lake Alakol and Panfilovsky district of Zhetisu region.
4. Markakol district and Zaisan district of East Kazakhstan region.
5. Bayterek district of the West Kazakhstan region.
6. The coast of Lake Alakol in the Abai region.
