On the use of a section of the public highway of republican significance Burylbaytal - Kurty on a paid basis

Order of the Acting Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 23, 2026 No. 156. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 24, 2026 No. 39055

 In accordance with subparagraph 29) of paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Highways", I ORDER:

     1. Establish that:

     1) section Burylbaytal – Kurty kilometer (hereinafter – km) km 1041+000 – km 1121+000 (KAZ01) of the public highway of republican significance I-b category Astana – Karaganda (with bypass) – Almaty", (hereinafter – toll road (section) is used on a paid basis;

     2) travel can be carried out on an alternative road: a section of the highway of regional significance "Sunkar – Kangengel – Topar – Kuigan", "Topar – Akzhar", "Konaev – Bakanas – Karaoi", a section of the highway of national significance "Konaev – Kurty";

     3) the starting point of the toll road (section) is km 1041+000, the ending point of the toll road (section) is km 1121+000;

     4) a list of intersections of a toll road (section) with other highways and junctions to other highways in accordance with Appendix 1 to this order;

     5) technical classification of the toll road (section) – category I-b, the main parameters of the toll road (section):

     the width of the lane on the highway is at least 3.75 meters.;

     The number of traffic lanes on the highway is 2 lanes in both directions.;

     6) the length of the toll road (section) is 80 km;

     7) the toll rates for a toll road (section) are determined in accordance with Appendix 2 to this order.;

     8) a list of adjacent settlements that do not have an alternative route on another highway, according to Appendix 3 to this order.;

     9) the term of use of a toll road (section) on a paid basis is 20 years.

     2. The Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall ensure:

     1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

     3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the supervising Vice Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     4. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

     3) zone – a stretch of road in a toll area, which has its own length and a certain fare rate depending on the load capacity and type of vehicle.;

     4) advance payment – funds credited by the user to the personal account or to the account of the state registration number plate of the vehicle before entering the toll area, the amount of which is sufficient to pay for travel;

     5) local motor transport – a motor vehicle registered in accordance with the established procedure in the administrative-territorial unit adjacent to the toll area when moving outside the same area.
