On further measures to implement Kazakhstan's Development Strategy until 2030 years

In order to implement the Development Strategy of Kazakhstan until 2030, I DECREE:
1. Approve:
1) The National Plan of the main directions (measures) for the implementation of the 2005-2007 annual messages of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the National Plan);
2) The Program of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2007-2009 (hereinafter referred to as the Program).
2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to develop and approve an action plan for the implementation of the National Plan and Program within two weeks.;
2) to ensure that information and explanatory work is carried out on a systematic basis on the provisions of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2007, "New Kazakhstan in a new World";
3) provide the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with information on the implementation of the National Plan and Program by July 25 and January 25 based on the results of the half-year and the year.
3. The first heads of state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, central and local executive bodies, and other state bodies:
1) to ensure the strict and timely execution of the activities of the National Plan and Program;
2) annually, by January 10 and July 10, provide the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan with information on the implementation of the National Plan and Program.
4. Invalidate them:
1) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 4, 2005 No. 528 "On the National Action Plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated February 18, 2005 "Kazakhstan on the path of accelerated economic, social and political modernization" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 13, art. 138);
2) subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 22, 2005 No. 1630 "On Amendments to certain Acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 32, art. 427);
3) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2006 No. 80 "On further measures to implement the Development Strategy of Kazakhstan until 2030" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 10, Article 87).
5. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
