About class ranks of employees of bodies, institutions of justice and the state notary of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 18, 1994 N 1669

In order to improve the social and legal status of employees of bodies, institutions of justice and the state notary, in accordance with Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on the temporary delegation of additional powers to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and heads of local administrations", adopted by the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 10, 1993, I decree:

1. To establish that employees of bodies, institutions of justice and the State notary of the Republic of Kazakhstan are awarded the following class ranks: Chief State Adviser of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan State Adviser of Justice of the first class State Adviser of Justice of the second class State Adviser of Justice of the third class Adviser of Justice of the first class Adviser of Justice of the third class Lawyer of the first class Lawyer of the second class Lawyer of the Third grade      

2. To determine that the provisions of paragraph 1 of the Decree have the force of Law and are valid until the adoption by the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the relevant Law on the establishment of class ranks of employees of bodies, institutions of justice and the State notary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

3. Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan:    

to approve the Regulations on class ranks of employees of bodies, institutions of Justice and the State notary of the Republic of Kazakhstan and resolve issues related to the establishment of the amount and procedure for making additional payments for class ranks and length of service, as well as providing other benefits to employees of bodies, institutions of justice and the state notary in relation to the benefits established for employees of other law enforcement agencies of the Republic;      

to submit to the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan a draft law on the establishment of class ranks for employees of bodies, institutions of justice and the state notary.      

4. The Decree comes into force from the date of publication.
