Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2009 No. 765
I DECREE :
1. To approve the attached National Action Plan for Implementation Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated March 6, 2009 "Through the crisis to renewal and development" (hereinafter - the National Plan).
2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) ensure strict and timely implementation of the National Plan, as well as systematic information and explanatory work on the provisions of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated March 6, 2009; 2) annually, by January 25 and July 25, according to the results of the half-year and the year, provide to the Presidential Administration Information on the implementation of the National Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The first heads of state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, central and local executive bodies, and other state bodies should ensure the strict and timely implementation of the National Plan.
4. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
