On the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Agreement on the Regulation of the Interstate Securities Market dated January 22, 1993

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 16, 2010 No. 1000

 In accordance with article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECREE:      

1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Agreement on the Regulation of the Interstate Securities Market dated January 22, 1993.    

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
