On the appointment of the competent authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of the Convention on the Transfer of Persons Suffering from Mental Disorders for Compulsory Treatment dated March 28, 1997

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2013 No. 549

In order to comply with article 6 of the Convention on the Transfer of Persons Suffering from Mental Disorders for Compulsory Treatment of March 28, 1997

I DECREE:

1. Appoint the competent authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of Convention on the Transfer of Persons Suffering from Mental Disorders for Compulsory Treatment dated March 28, 1997, Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the decision taken.

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
