On some issues of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 28, 2008 No. 698

To be published in the Acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan    

     In order to improve the system of training civil servants and to provide the civil service with professional personnel

I DECREE:      

1. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law: 1) reorganize the state institution" Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" through transformation into the republican state-owned enterprise "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the RSE "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan");      2) to determine the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs as the state management body of the RSE "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan"; 3) to ensure the creation of a National School of Public Policy in the structure of the RSE "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan"; 4) to bring its previously issued acts in accordance with this Decree; 5) take other measures resulting from this Decree.      

2. To amend the following decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) the Decree Of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 No. 1611 "Issues of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 29, art. 362; 2006, No. 26, art. 265): delete paragraph 1; 2) in the Decree Of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2006 No. 145 "On Amendments to Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2001 No. 648 and July 8, 2005 No. 1611" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 26, art. 265): Delete subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1.      

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing, with the exception of paragraph 2, which shall enter into force from the date of registration of the RSE "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the judicial authorities.
