On some issues related to the development of the agro-industrial complex

     The footnote. In the text, the words "KazAgro National Holding", "KazAgro National Holding" were replaced by the words "KazAgro National Managing Holding", "KazAgro Holding" by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/24/2009 No. 748.

     In order to stimulate the effective development of the agro-industrial sector and increase its competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law:

     1) to create a joint-stock company National Managing Holding KazAgro (hereinafter - JSC Holding KazAgro);

     2) approve within two weeks:

     Memorandum on the basic principles of activity of KazAgro Holding JSC;

     the list of joint-stock companies, the state blocks of shares of which will be transferred to pay for the authorized capital of KazAgro Holding JSC;

     3) ensure that appropriate amendments and additions are made to regulatory legal acts within three months.;

     4) take other measures resulting from this Decree.

     2. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
