On the ratification of the Agreement on the Establishment of the Payment Union of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 1995 No. 2301

In accordance with article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 1993 "On the temporary delegation of additional powers to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and heads of administrations", I hereby decree:      

1. To ratify the Agreement on the Establishment of the Payment Union of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, concluded by the Heads of State of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Ukraine, signed in Moscow on October 21, 1994.      

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
