On signing the Protocol on Amendments and Additions to the Agreement on the Procedure for the Movement of Goods for Personal Use by Individuals across the Customs Border of the Customs Union and Customs Operations Related to their Release, dated June 18, 2010

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2011 No. 208

 In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECREE:      

1. To approve the attached draft Protocol on Amendments and Additions to the Agreement on the Procedure for the Movement of Goods for Personal Use by Individuals across the Customs Border of the Customs Union and Customs Operations Related to their Release dated June 18, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the Protocol).      

2. Authorize the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kelimbetov Kairat Nematovich, to sign a Protocol on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan, authorizing amendments and additions that are not of a fundamental nature.
