On signing the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules of Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 1102

  I DECREE:      

1. To approve the attached draft Agreement on Common Principles and Rules of Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.      

2. To authorize the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Umirzak E. Shukeyev, to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan an Agreement on Common Principles and Rules of Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation with the right to make amendments and additions to it that are not fundamental.      

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
