On signing the Charter of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA)

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 23, 2009 No. 830

 In accordance with article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECREE:    

1. To approve the proposal to sign the Charter of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan.    

2. To authorize the Adviser-Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Federal Republic of Germany, Alzhanov Adilbek Gaynedenovich, to sign the Charter of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan.    

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
